Portabello Mushrooms and "Not So Great" Curry Tofu

Lightly seasoned with Sea Salt and pepper- very quick and easy side dish which Stu loved.

This tofu curry wasn't too bad but not great either. It was just good enough to get another dinner done.I had no idea what I was making for dinner and just started throwing stuff in the pan. The end result smelled good and tasted alright. I think the mushrooms were the star of this dinner.
