Stu said this has been his favorite dish so far. I used bean noodles which he prefers to the rice noodles. Tossed in broccoli, squash, mushrooms, scallions, garlic, tamari sauce, chili sauce and peanut sauce. I will take a pic of the sauces we use because they are GFV and I only use a spoon or two when cooking a dish so they last a long time.
